Partnership · Vishnu HomeGuard Pty Ltd, Australia

AI-driven clarity for the connected home — now licensed for India and beyond.

Firewalls protect the perimeter, but they do not explain behaviour. Vishnu HomeGuard observes long-duration network traffic with a deep-learning engine and turns it into plain-language summaries of what every smart device in a home is actually doing — building device profiles that show what is normal and what needs attention.

Digital TechSafe Engineering has secured proprietary product licensing from Vishnu HomeGuard Pty Ltd (Australia) to manufacture, localise and sell HomeGuard products in India and across world markets. The ongoing engagement covers Indian assembly on our own board platforms, joint engineering on the AI observation engine, and support and distribution for Indian and Western channels.

Capability

Native hardware capability, built layer by layer.

01

Board Design in India

Full schematic, layout, SI/PI and thermal simulation done by an in-house team in Chennai — no outsourced reference-design relabelling.

02

Embedded AI Runtime

A board-level runtime that pins quantised models to the on-board NPU with deterministic latency, shipped and signed with the firmware.

03

Qualified Domestic Assembly

SMT, AOI, X-ray and burn-in through qualified Indian EMS partners under our own test programs and traceability.

04

Dual-Market Compliance

BIS and CE/FCC/UKCA paths run in parallel from first article, so the same board ships into Indian and Western channels.

05

Contracted Supply

Multi-sourced BOM with bonded buffer stock and 36-month lifecycle commitments written into the supply agreement.

06

Firmware Sovereignty

Open, auditable boot firmware with a customer-owned root of trust. No opaque blobs in the boot path.

Supply

Guaranteed lines into two markets.

Every platform ships under a written supply agreement: dual-sourced critical components, bonded buffer inventory held in India and the Netherlands, and traceability from reel to serial number. Customers get allocation certainty instead of quarterly surprises.

Dual-sourced BOM

Every critical line item has a qualified second source before first production.

Bonded buffer stock

8–12 weeks of finished-board buffer held for contracted customers.

Traceable assembly

Reel-level traceability, AOI and X-ray records tied to each serial number.

Regional stocking

India and EU stocking points for short lead times in both markets.

Five-year roadmap

From board design to India-owned silicon.

  1. Year 1

First silicon partners, DTSE-M1 mini PC platform sampling, Chennai design centre at 40 engineers, Vishnu HomeGuard launched in India.

  2. Year 2

Volume production of mini PC boards; DTSE-N4 100G/400G networking boards enter qualification.

  3. Year 3

Domestic substrate and 32-layer PCB sourcing; embedded AI runtime v2 with customer model pipelines.

  4. Year 4

800G networking platforms in production; Western channel partners under long-term supply contracts.

  5. Year 5
